Regina has over 20 years experience in strategy, brand, communications and design consulting, and building businesses. Prior to founding Saltcellar, she was a Managing Director at Proxicom, an e-business services company. She founded and led the Customer Insight & Experience group, advising clients such as Ford, Chevron, Nike, Black & Decker on branding, online retail/multi-channel strategy, and customer experience design. She was also a senior brand strategist at Landor Associates where she helped Kraft, HP, Visa, and start-ups create, re-energize, and reposition their brands.

Regina’s management consulting career began at Booz Allen & Hamilton, where clients ranged from L’Oreal to PEMEX to the US Department of Energy on a variety of strategic, marketing, and operational issues. It continued at Fantus Consulting where she advised Fortune 500 corporations on strategic location decisions and provided guidance on branding and positioning to states and regions.

Previously, Regina also worked as a manager at Apple on design for environment and regulatory initiatives.

Regina holds a JD from Hastings and graduated with a BA (Honors) in International Relations from Stanford University.

A strong proponent of the power of design, media, and retail to create sustainable social change, she’s involved in a number of ventures that support  innovation in that area. She was a founding partner of Social Venture Partners: Bay Area, sits on the Advisory Board of Good Capital, helped organize the inaugural Social Capital Markets conference, and is a founding member of The Hub, Bay Area, a community of social innovators.
